Operations
The Operations Committee oversees the building repairs and maintenance as well as the administrative processes of Ford-Iroquois Farm Bureau. They ensure our programs, events, and services run efficiently while aligning with the goals and objectives of the Farm Bureau.
Governmental Affairs & Legislative
The Governmental Affairs & Legislative Committee work with local, state, and national legislators that represent Ford and Iroquois County farmers and build productive relationships to ensure that those legislators understand legislation that affects rural life and agriculture.
Marketing
The Marketing Committee is dedicated to promoting the Farm Bureau’s brand while enhancing visibility and recognition within the agricultural community.
Member Services
The Member Services Committee identify and develop programs, services, and benefits that directly support Farm Bureau members. They work to engage members, address their needs, and promote resources that help strengthen the agricultural community
Affiliated Companies
The Affiliated Companies Committee works to oversee and support the partnerships and businesses connected to the county Farm Bureau, ensuring positive connections and strong alliances to better our community.
Ag in the Classroom
The Ag in the Classroom Advisory Committee meets quarterly to support and advise the coordinator, helps with any community ag in the classroom activities.
Finance
The Finance Committee oversee budgeting, financial planning, and ensures proper allocation of resources. They work to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency in all financial activities, supporting the Farm Bureau’s long-term sustainability and growth.
Foundation Steering
The Foundation Steering Committee guides the strategic direction and growth of the County Farm Bureau Foundation, focusing on fundraising, scholarships, and community outreach initiatives. This committee ensures that the foundation’s efforts support the long-term goals of agricultural education and community development.
